费希尔警告称通胀可能加速回升
美联储副主席费希尔周一（3月7日）在全美商业经济协会(NABE)年度经济政策会议的午餐会上发表讲话称，有迹象表明美国通胀或正加速回升。
“美国很可能会首次出现连续的通胀攀升，”费希尔在事先准备好的发言稿中指出，“联储希望看到这样的情况出现。”
不过，费希尔未就美联储今年是否可能加息予以置评。
与此同时，美联储理事布布雷纳德表示，有理由相信油价和美元最终均会企稳；随着油价企稳，通胀将会回升；劳动力市场呈现出持续的强劲势头；美联储须耐心等待前景更加清晰化；中国经济放缓对全世界具有重大影响；海外需求疲弱之际，需对政策转变持谨慎态度。
美联储去年12月表示今年将继续加息，然而许多投资者对此持有怀疑态度。不过，近期有迹象表明美国就业市场表现强劲且通胀小幅回升，令9月加息预期受到提振。
此外，费希尔还表示，当前美国处于“充分就业的边缘”，就业市场收紧历来会导致物价快速增长。
尽管2016年初以来全球股市下滑且市场对全球经济健康情况的担忧与日加剧，费希尔持续警告称，不希望美国在控制美国通胀方面落后于曲线。
受费希尔及布雷纳德言论提振，美元指数自低位小幅反弹。
