联合国通过对朝鲜制裁
据朝中社周五(3月4日)报导称，朝鲜领导人金正恩亲临新研发的多管火箭炮实射演习，并指示在面对敌人不断增强的威胁时，应做好“在任何时候”使用核武器的准备。
朝中社称，金正恩还表示，朝鲜的军事态势应该转向“先发制人”，因为敌人正在威胁该国生存。
联合国安理会周三(3月2日)以15票赞成一致通过了由美国提交的制裁朝鲜决议草案，以遏制其核与导弹开发计划，并呼吁恢复六方会谈。这次对朝鲜的制裁力度是史无前例的，也是20多年来安理会所采取的一次最强制裁。作为联合国安理会常任理事国，中国也投了赞成票。
安理会强烈谴责朝鲜于1月6日进行的核试验及2月7日利用弹道导弹技术实施发射活动。决议表明，为遏制朝鲜核、导开发计划，要求各国禁止向朝鲜运送可能用于核、导计划的物品，收紧对朝鲜的武器禁运措施，冻结可能与核、导计划有关的金融资产等。
此次决议通过后，联合国成员国将必须对朝鲜的全部进出口货物进行强制检查、实行金融禁令、限制朝鲜战略物资的出口、禁止向朝鲜提供航空燃料等。
此外，除了12个机构被制裁外，朝鲜在叙利亚、伊朗和越南的贸易代表，也被列为制裁对象。同时决议禁止向平壤出售和转让小型与轻型武器，驱逐从事“非法活动”的朝鲜外交官。
