欧元区PMI数据表现不佳
3月1日公布数据显示，欧元区2月制造业扩张速度为一年来最慢，在欧元区各成员国制造业中，德法两国几乎陷于停滞，意大利增速也放缓；而欧元区2月Markit制造业采购经理人指数(PMI)终值为51.2，创下一年来最低水平，连续两年多高于荣枯分界线50，但与预期值和初值持平(两者均为51.2)。
Markit首席经济学家Chris Williamson表示：“因价格深度打折并未能阻止订单增长下滑的势头，致使欧元区2月制造业扩张速度减缓。尽管人们愈发担心今年该地区经济增长再度疲软，甚至再度下滑。但因全球局势恶化，加重了内需低迷的影响。”
“而所有指标都在下滑，从产出、需求至就业和物价，调查数据将加大欧洲央行迅速且大规模采取行动的压力，以避免另一次景气下滑，”他说。
数据还显示，德国2月Markit制造业PMI终值为50.5，略高于预期值和初值(两者均为50.2)，且稳稳守在荣枯分界线50之上，但低于1月终值。德国2月制造业几乎未有增长，同时行业活动水平降至15个月最低，进一步显示制造业对德国2016年第一季经济成长的贡献将不大。
而另一份调查数据则显示，2月份，法国制造业活动停滞，因需求低迷，该行业难以出现令人信服的复苏。数据显示，法国2月制造业PMI终值为50.2，略低于预期值和初值(两者均为50.3)，但仍高于荣枯线50。
意大利制造业2月扩张速度降至12个月以来最慢，表明近几个月以来的经济增长放缓之势料将延续。Markit报告称，意大利2月制造业PMI终值降至52.2，为一年以最低，低于预期值52.3和初值53.2。
