据最新公布的一份报告称，美国12月成屋签约销售大幅增加并远超预期，表明美国房地产市场虽复苏缓慢，但依旧呈良好态势发展。
全国地产经纪商协会(NAR)周五(1月22日)公布的数据显示，美国12月NAR季调后成屋签约销售指数月率环比增长14.7%，预估为增长8.9%，年率为546万户，预估为520万户。11月成屋销售未修正，仍为按月减少10.5%，与前值一致。11月成屋销售年率终值为476万户，与前值一致。
更多数据显示，2015年美国成屋销售上升6.5%，年率为526万户，为2006年来最高。
外媒点评美国12月成屋销售数据称，此次美国成屋销售合约数大幅增加并远好于预期，表明美国房地产市场虽复苏缓慢，但依旧呈良好态势发展，助推经济增长；然而，此次销售增加也会令房屋库存和供应承压，房价有可能会进一步上涨，给许多房屋购买者带来购买压力。
