据外媒周三报道，因无法如期出席法兰西银行主办的研讨会，日本央行行长黑田东彦于昨日公开发布了自己的演讲文稿。
演讲文稿中透漏出黑田东彦对于日本经济过去一段时间的满意。文中认为大规模的货币宽松“发挥出了预期效果”，物价的总体走势正在切实改善。
黑田东彦还指出，日本经济通过央行的货币政策，剔除了能源价格和生鲜食品的消费者物价指数连续26个月保持的增长，失业率也下降至充分就业状态，但对于实现2%的通胀目标来说，日本央行还任重而道远。
他表示，日本央行今后将继续实施大规模的宽松，以保持日本经济增长，争取早日实现2%的通胀目标。
