油价周一（10月26日）续跌，在连续两周下跌后仍然处于压力之下，市场担心受比常年暖和的天气影响，原油产品供应过剩情况会进一步恶化，美国炼厂的维检期接近结束。
布伦特日原油收跌45美分，跌幅近1%，报每桶47.54美元。美国原油收跌62美分，跌幅1.4%，报每桶43.98美元。
过去两周内，布伦特和美国原油均下跌约10%。
在油品期货中，纽约的超低硫柴油收跌2%，伦敦的汽油跌约1%。
美国炼油厂开工率上周提高，此前四周因秋季检修期开工率下跌，分析师称，这表明市场上将有更多的多于需求数量的石油产品。
在欧洲，高盛称今年冬天将需要比往年少50个采暖日，存储设备就将爆满。
国际能源署(IEA)署长比罗尔(Fatih Birol)称，石油投资可能会在2016年进一步下降，今年已经减少了超过五分之一。
比罗尔在参加“新加坡国际能源周”活动时称，“如果这是真的话，这是20年来首次石油投资连续两年减少，这可能是未来油市的一个信号。”
