国际货币基金组织周五（7月24日）公布的数据显示，德国6月削减了2.395吨的黄金储备，而俄罗斯和哈萨克斯则仍在继续增加其黄金储备。
在IMF这一最新报告公布之前，自新版欧洲《央行黄金协议》（Central Bank Gold Agreement）在2014年9月生效以来，德国已削减了0.8吨的黄金储备。
IMF最新数据还显示，俄罗斯上个月是黄金的哇最大买家，该国在6月份增加了24.139吨的黄金储备。此外，哈萨克斯坦的黄金储备上月增加了2.248吨。
此前5月这两个国家也增加了他们的黄金储备。
据媒体此前报道，欧洲央行(ECB)及其他欧元区央行在2014年9月26日宣布了第四轮央行黄金协议，并表示当前各缔约国央行不计划出售大量的黄金。该协议有效期为5年。
据了解，欧洲第四轮央行黄金协议的主要内容包括：黄金仍然是全球货币储备的重要组成；签字央行将继续协调彼此的黄金交易，以避免市场动荡；签字央行指出，目前没有计划大量出售黄金；新协议自2014年9月27日起生效，五年后进行审议。
