美国国债价格周一(6月22日)重挫，因对希腊能在最后一刻达成协议寄予厚望，且美国公布的楼市数据强于预期，巩固了对美联储(FED)将在9月升息的预期。
美债收益率也跟随德国10年期国债收益率的走势，后者盘中触及逾一周最高的0.895%。30年期国债下跌1-27/32，收益率由上周五尾盘的3.06%升至3.15%。指标10年期国债大跌26/32，收益率由周五尾盘的2.27%升至2.36%。3年期国债收跌5/32，收益率则由1%升至1.04%。
美不动产协会(NAR)周一公布，美国5月成屋销售按月增长5.1%，年率为535万户，为2009年11月以来最高。这是楼市和总体经济活动在第二季累积动能的最新迹象。数据公布之后，美债跌势加速。
分析师表示，由于对希腊能达成协议的乐观情绪令欧美避险国债需求降低，美债和德债均走软，而希腊债务问题短期内得到解决也给了美联储更多尽快升息的空间。
交易商还在等待本周900亿美元的新债供应，分析师称这可能令美国国债价格卖压加重，因在标售前投资人要为新债预留空间。本周首批标售将是周二的260亿美元两年期国债。
