欧洲央行(ECB)周三(4月29日)提高了向希腊银行业提供的紧急流动资金，同时暗示，随着救助谈判依然维持僵局，希腊要获得这类资金或许会变得更加困难。
知情人士表示，欧洲央行管理委员会周三在一个电话会议上将其对希腊银行业的紧急流动性援助(ELA)上限提高14亿欧元（15亿美元），至769亿欧元。此前欧洲央行已在上周将ELA上限提高约15亿美元。
鉴于希腊与其债权人无法很快达成协议，欧洲央行正在研究采取相关措施，在政治谈判一旦没有结果的情况下可以限制风险。欧洲央行工作人员已提议增加希腊银行借贷时所提供的证券抵押品的估值折扣，而欧洲央行管理委员会可能在5月6日开会讨论这个问题。
每周的ELA注资反映出希腊银行存款外流状况，同时流动性缓冲保持在30亿欧元左右，使希腊央行和欧洲央行有时间在紧急情况下作出反应。希腊央行周三将公布3月底存款流出数据，可能显示连续第六个月存款外流。
