金价暴跌 美国黄金矿企申请破产

经营美国内华达州Hycroft金矿的Allied Nevada黄金公司周二(3月10日)在特拉华州的美国破产法院申请第11章破产保护，所列的负债高达10亿美元，资产超过10亿美元，因之前经营挫折以及金价下跌损及其唯一金矿的盈利能力。
同时，Allied Nevada黄金公司还与其债券持有人达成一项7800万美元的债务人持有资产(debtor-in-possession)信贷融通，以允许在债券重组时继续运营。
2014年11月末Allied Nevada黄金公司仅有130万美元现金，随后该公司在12月以每股1美元抛售股票和权证，将现金筹集至2150万美元。然而，去年11月30日该公司的债务却早已高达5.679亿美元，包括4800万美元的现金贷款。
