奥巴马称必须由美国来制定亚洲贸易规则

美国总统奥巴马周二称，必须由美国来制定亚洲贸易规则，而非中国，并呼吁国会给予白宫更大的自由度以达成贸易协议。
奥巴马表示，如果中国领先一步，美国工人和企业将处于劣势。
“因此我要求两党授予我贸易促进权，以涵盖亚欧的强有力的贸易协议来保护美国工人，新贸易协议不仅要自由更要公平。”奥巴马在国情咨文讲话中称。
美国正在与11个贸易伙伴国进行跨太平洋伙伴关系协议(TPP)谈判，中国不在其中。TPP计划在劳工权利、环境以及降低贸易壁垒等方面确立共同的标准。
中国则在推动加快亚太自由贸易区的建设进程。
