拉加德：日本和欧元区经济或陷入长期停滞

昨日，国际货币基金组织[微博](IMF[微博])公布的最新一期《世界经济展望》中，将2015年、2016年全球经济增长预期分别下调至3.5%和3.7%，相比去年10月公布的报告预测下调了0.3个百分点。
在主要发达经济体中，IMF预计2015年、2016年美国经济增长率将超过3%，美国也成为唯一一个经济增长预期上调的主要经济体。IMF预计欧元区经济的复苏步伐将比此前预期的要慢，2015年、2016年的经济增长率预期分别为1.2%和1.4%。IMF预计新兴市场和发展中经济体的经济增速在2015年大体维持在4.3%，2016年将升至4.7%。其中，IMF预计中国经济今明两年增速分别为6.8%和6.3%，比上一期下调了0.3和0.5个百分点。
IMF首席经济学家布兰查德表示，中国和美国将继续带动世界经济的发展。他指出，美国的经济增长预期远远好于欧洲和日本，在发达国家中十分强劲。布兰查德表示，美国货币政策的正常化将对金融市场产生一定的压力，但市场对此已经有所预期，并在近期已经逐步消化。此外，不少新兴市场的利率变得更加有吸引力，因此资金外逃不会成为一个大问题。
IMF表示，石油价格可能已经下跌过度，如果石油供给对价格下跌作出的反应强于预期，则油价可能比预期反弹得更早或更强。IMF总裁拉加德[微博]曾表示，油价下跌和美国经济复兴不太可能让全球经济摆脱“过于缓慢、过于脆弱和过于不平衡”的增长模式，全球经济在金融危机爆发7年后仍面临非常强劲的逆风。拉加德还警告，日本和欧元区经济或陷入长期停滞。拉加德对欧洲央行[微博]准备采取以购买国债为主的量化宽松举措表示欢迎。
