德拉基致函欧洲议会议员 称准备采用QE等措施

1月9日讯——据外媒周四(1月8日)报道，欧洲央行[微博](ECB)行长德拉基(Mario Draghi)表示，欧洲央行管委会准备在必要时采用非常规措施。
德拉基致函欧洲议会议员Luke Ming Flanagan并标明了上述立场，称欧洲央行管委会将密切关注欧元区在中期之内的物价走势前景。
德拉基指出，考虑到原油价格近期大跌的现实，尤其会警惕能源价格对欧元区中期性通胀趋势的影响。
德拉基认为，一旦有必要进一步解决欧元区所面临的长期性低通胀困境，欧洲央行管委会将一致承诺在职责范围内利用非常规措施，这可能需要通过购买包括主权债券在内的资产购买措施来实现。
值得一提的是，欧洲央行将在1月22日宣布下一次货币政策的决议声明。在欧元区2014年12月消费者物价(CPI)年率初值升幅(即通胀率)超预期下滑至-0.2%的情况下，包括高盛(Goldman Sachs)等在内的知名投行都认为，德拉基在2015年1月份货币政策会议上祭出量化宽松(QE)政策的可能性已经非常之高。
