东京12月24日 – 据日本的一份计划草案显示，日本准备通过一个290亿美元的刺激计划迅速提振滞后的地方经济，并向低收入家庭提供补贴、优惠购物券和其他举措，为两年来的刺激通胀努力再增添一些力量。
