俄罗斯称若美国实施新制裁 将采取反制措施

12月13日 – 俄罗斯副外交部长Sergei Ryabkov周六表示，若美国就乌克兰危机对俄实施进一步制裁，俄罗斯将采取反制措施。
美国国会已经准备好制裁俄罗斯军工企业以及投资于该国高科技项目的投资者，不过美国总统奥巴马尚未签署相关议案成为法律。
“我们不会让这个问题不了了之，”国际文传电讯社引述Ryabkov的话称。他没有详述俄政府会采取何种反制措施。
由于俄罗斯在今年3月吞并乌克兰克里米亚地区，而且支持乌克兰东部亲俄叛军，俄美关系已经跌至冷战以来的低谷。西方表示，已掌握有力证据证明俄罗斯为乌克兰叛军提供武器，并与欧盟一道针对俄罗斯个人和大企业实施了多轮经济制裁。不过俄罗斯迄今一直坚决否认这一指责，并且限制从一些西方国家进口食品作为报复措施。
