欧洲央行总裁德拉吉称将尽力提振通胀

欧洲央行总裁德拉吉周五表示政策大门已经敞开，央行已做好准备透过更多重量级行动来拯救欧元区经济。他表示，必须以一切必要手段，尽快扭转通胀率“过低”的现象。德拉吉说，“如果在当前趋势中，我们的政策效果不足以达到目标，或通胀前景面临的更多风险成为现实，则我们将加大干预力度并拓展干预渠道，必要时适度调整资产购买的规模、节奏和结构。”欧洲央行表示，已开始购买有资产担保的证券(ABS)，以此鼓励银行业放贷并使经济恢复活力。
欧洲央行副总裁冈斯坦西欧周六表示，欧洲并没有面临陷入“全面通缩”的风险，但目前通胀率低得危险。
