明尼亚波利斯联储总裁称通胀若攀升

费城联储总裁普洛瑟表示，通胀将上下波动，美联储必须看透近期数据的短期疲势。此外，达拉斯联储总裁费希尔将于3月19日退休，达拉斯联储已开始寻找接替人选。
