投资市场最重要的组成部分就是投资者，因此，市场信心是很重要的，除了看数据表现之外，还需要市场信心是如何看待本次数据的。举个简单的例子，假设美国公布了一系列经济数据，数据结果比较差，但随后美联储就公布了相关的经济政策，市场认为虽然数据表现较差，但美联储的这些政策对美元有着一定的利好，那美元就会出现上涨，黄金转而下跌。所以要判断市场趋势，除了看数据之外，还需要关注市场信心。
数据并不能单一看待
除了市场信心之外，在观察数据时，还需要留意前值、预测值、实际值。再举一个简单的例子，上周公布的非农数据，市场投资者都知道这次数据很差，所以预测了2100万的失业人口，但实际数据公布后，失业人数只有2000万，好于市场的预期，市场就会认为现在经济有可能改善，我们也就看到了在非农数据公布后，黄金出现下跌，美元指数则急速上涨。
根据相关经济数据的确可以判断市场的主线走向，但投资者不能过于依赖数据，也要留意市场信心市场情绪的变化，根据整个基本面环境的情况来制定投资计划。
