美联储降息100个基点，为什么美元还会涨？
3月16日早上，美联储紧急宣布降息100个基点只0-0.25%的水平，同时还将启动规模达到7000亿美元的量化宽松计划，而且美联储主席鲍威尔表示在每周或者每月中都会“大力”购买资产，且购买规模没有上限，同时美元指数也在不断地上涨，那这当中的原因是什么呢？
为什么美联储等不及降息？
原本美联储计划是在3月19日宣布降息计划的，但现在连三天都等不起就紧急宣布降息，还计划推出大规模的量化宽松计划，为什么呢？原因在于全球疫情的蔓延以及市场悲观情绪浓厚，出于安抚市场，保护经济，美联储才会紧急宣布降息，而且美国政府在疫情的防控上还需要更多的时间，因此美联储这次紧急降息是当前的最好决定。
美元为什么还会上涨？
在正常的情况下，美联储宣布降息时，美元指数会下跌，黄金会上涨，但在此次降息后，美元指数反而在上涨，黄金在短暂升高后就重新下跌，原因是什么呢？诚然，美股、原油等市场都出现了下跌，但市场认为，将手中资金投入到美元中比投入到其他产品中更加安全，因此美元指数就上涨了。
