美联储暂缓降息，但经济风险就这样降低了吗？
在2019年，美联储已经先后三次降息，但市场仍认为，美联储在今年仍有可能再进行降息操作，而在在11月21日凌晨的美联储10月政策会议纪要中，美联储维持了现有利率，但是全球经济的风险预期就这样降低了吗？
在此次的美联储政策会议纪要中，内部分歧日益加深，对美国利率的未来走势几乎没有提供任何指引。加之上周鲍威尔在国会的证词陈述在一定程度上提前释出了相关信息。因此，会议纪要中包含的新信息很有限。投资者并不能以此更好地判断市场的走向，
