美联储还会降息吗？

降息意味着什么
美联储降息，即美联储降低联邦基准利率，由于美国的利率是市场化的，并不对银行利率作出具体规定。所以联邦基金有效利率反映的是银行持有准备金的机会成本，因而也是一种基准性利率。这对于美国银行的利率有很强的指导作用，因此间接的影响了整个美国银行业的利率水平。
而降息对投资者最大的影响就是，人民币升值预期增加，降息导致市场上资金流动性增加的情况，而美元则会出现贬值情况，相对应的人民币就会增加，同时市场看衰美元，资金转而投入到黄金这类资产上，黄金行情便会上涨。
对于投资者来说，除了可以做空美元产生盈利机会之外，还可以通过做多黄金来进一步放大自己的投资收益。但市场的具体走向并不是美联储消息决定的，还要考虑市场其他因素来做出综合性考虑。
还有降息的可能性吗？
前面说到美联储在今年已经先后三次降息了，那么今年还有可能继续降息吗？答案是大概率不可能，美联储主席鲍威尔在11月13日的国会作证时表示，只要美国经济维持在现有的路线上，短期内不太可能调整利率。但由于美国总统特朗普经常对美联储抱有怨言，其言论可能对市场走向有一定的影响，所以还是建议投资者保持谨慎态度。
