二、交易参考依据
日内交易讲究的灵活，因行情是多变的。就经验来看要关注沪深300指数现货及上证的盘口变化，关注今日股票市场盘口买卖力量的强弱和上涨下跌股票的家数。同时也要关注股指分时图上成交量的变化，对于日内放巨量的行情尤为重要，因为此种情况下往往是新一轮行情到来或者发生转势的开始。
三、时间段的选择
开盘15分钟不推荐参与，因为此阶段大部分投资者投资心态不稳定，盘面易受隔夜赢损盘交易者的及时离场而大幅波动。而10：00附近是比较好的交易时间段，此时基本上大家投资心态均比较理性且日内高低点也有参考了，这时候对日内大方向也有一个预判了。
