二、融资的类型

三、常用融资的方式——股票融资
股票融资是指资金不通过金融中介机构，借助股票这个金融工具，使资金直接从盈余部门流向短缺部门的方式。通过这种方式融资，资金供给者会成为融资企业的所有者，并对该企业有控制权。
优点
（1）资金具有永久性。普通股票没有固定到期日，不需要归还资金，在公司经营期内可以长期使用。
（2）不用偿还固定利息。公司经营的好，有盈余，则可以通过利润分配给股东，而当资金短缺或有有力投资机会时，可以少支付或不支付股利。
（3）风险低，由于不需要定期还息还本，因此不存在无法还本付息的风险。
