黄金延期有没有风险？肯定有。风险是一种不可避免、客观存在于各种投资产品中的因素，我们不能完全消除或避免，只能通过控制、管理来降低风险。那么，黄金延期有怎样的风险控制机制呢？
一、首付款制度
现货延期交收交易的首付款比例为成交总额的7%，交易所有权根据市场情况进行调整。另外，为防止非正常因素对交易价格的干扰，价格涨跌幅度有限制。目前的涨跌幅限制为±5%，超过该涨跌幅度的报价视为无效，不能成交。
二、限仓制度
限仓是指交易所规定会员或客户可以持有的按单边计算的最大交易数额。会员的自营限仓数额分别由基本额度、信用额度和业务额度三部分组成。初期暂定为每个客户的交易额度为1吨。
三、大户报告制度
当会员或者客户的持仓达到交易所对其规定的限仓额度的80%时，会员或者客户应向交易所报告其资金情况、头寸情况，客户须通过会员报告。
四、强行平仓制度
强行平仓制度是指会员、客户违规时，交易所对有关持仓实行平仓的一种强制措施。
当会员、客户出现下列情况之一时，交易所对其实行强行平仓：
1、未在规定时间内将追加的资金转入交易所账户，清算准备金额小于零。
2、因违规受到交易所强行平仓处罚的。
3、根据交易所紧急措施应进行强行平仓的。
4、其他应予强行平仓的情况。
