二、余额宝的收益是如何的？
众所周知，余额宝的收益一般都会银行同期存款的利率要高。并且国家严格规定，银行不可以通过提高存款利率来揽储，所以很多人对银行的活期、定期的不是很热衷，毕竟收益率太低。因而，余额宝吸引了很多保守的朋友加入到该大军行列中。
但是“同业存款”这种存款方式则是不受上面那条规定的约束，这种存款利率是由存款方和银行来商定。而天弘基金和银行正是同业关系，所以天弘基金把余额宝的钱存到银行，就可以通过商定来获得较高的存款利率。然后再把获得收益的大部分金额发给广大群众。
三、为什么余额宝的收益越来越少
为什么现在余额宝的收益从平均6%降至到4%左右。这必然和银行资金的周转有关系。如银行缺钱，资金周转不通畅，这时候基金公司把一大笔资金存入到银行，以供银行资金周转。那么基金公司可以得到更多的存款利息。如在春节期间，银行的贷款供不应求，在外面排队贷款的企业和个人很多，而银行贷款的利息高，贷出去越多就赚越多，所以春节期间，银行对于给它送碳的天弘基金更高的分成，余额宝的用户也就跟着赚更多。而随着贷款高峰的过去，银行需要的资金也没有那么多，所以余额宝的利率也就下来了。这就是为什么余额宝近期的收益变少的原因。
