一、佣金
佣金是指投资者在委托买卖证券成交以后按成交金额的一定比例支付给券商的费用，此费用一般由券商的经纪佣金、证券交易所交易经手费及管理机构的监管费等构成。如果佣金小于5元，则按5元收取。
公式：佣金=成交金额×佣金率（一般为成交金额的万分之二至千分之三）
二、印花税
印花税是根据国家税法规定，在股票成交后按照规定的税率对卖方单向征收的税金，其收费标准是按A股成交金额的千分之一进行单项收取，基金、债券均无此项费用。
公式：印花税=成交金额*千分之一（成交金额的税率）
三、过户费
过户费是指投资者委托买卖的股票、基金成交后买卖双方为变更股权登记所支付的费用，这笔收入证券登记清算机构的收入。不足5元，则按5元收取。其中，该费用仅上海登记结算中心收取，深证登记结算中心不收取。
公式：过户费=成交数量×过户费率（千分之一）
四、其他费用
其他费用是指投资者在委托买卖证券时，向证券营业部缴纳的委托费、撤单费、查询费、开户费、超时费等。目前，大多证券公司由于竞争激烈都会减免该费用。
由于佣金是由各证券公司自行决定，而另外三项费用都不是证券机构收取或被证券公司免除，因此造成不同的证券公司所收取的手续费不同的关键在于佣金。目前，最低的佣金是万分之三，特殊情况下有些公司可以再调低。
