一般而言，证券公司正常开户的时间为交易日（周一至周五）的早上9:00——下午5:00的时间，节假日不对外开户。目前，为了个客户提供更多的方便，也有部分的证券公司营业部在周末的时间接受办理开户手续。不过，需要注意一点是，周末办理开户手续费的客户当天是不能拿到股东卡（证券账户卡），而是证券公司后续邮寄回给客户。因而为了让客户更加快速的了解开户的相关详情以及时间具体安排，客户可提前通过电话咨询证券公司相关人员详细的信息。
