一、 贷款买车手续费是什么？一定要收取吗？
“手续费”，就是指车主在通过贷款购车所衍生的费用，即4S店替卖家去银行办理申请贷款的相关审批手续，在办理过程中所需要的一切费用。事实上，关于“手续费”的收取，并没有明确的相关规定，属于商家的个人行为，消费者可以自由选择。
二、国企4S无手续费
基本上所有4S店都与银行有协议，由4S店或第三方公司作为担保，为消费者向银行贷款提供帮助。而4S店与银行合作有两种方式：
1、 国企店自身可以为消费者担保；
2、 私企店就需要找第三方公司担保。这其中的差距就是是否收取手续费。
目前，大多数4S店一般收取1000至 2000之间的手续费，如果是高端车的话可能会根据贷款额比例收取，而且该价格消费者可以与店家讨价还价甚至协商免除。但是由于银行贷款并并没有收取手续费这一项规定，如果店家表示一定要收取手续费，消费者可以要求店家出示银行的合法书面规定。
