创业板，指的是主板市场以外的另一个证券市场，主要是为了新兴公司提供募集资金，助其发展和扩展业务。部分新兴公司虽资金和规模较为雄厚，但仍不能满足主板市场上市的要求，这时只能通过创业板这个市场上市，那么创业板上市的条件是什么呢？
由于主板市场上市的条件较为严格，所以处于创业板模板的公司只能退居通过创业板申请上市，进而发行股票募集社会资金。创业板上市的条件如下：
（1）发行人是依法设立且持续经营三年以上的股份有限公司。有限责任公司按原账面净资产值折股整体变更为股份有限公司的，持续经营时间可以从有限责任公司成立之日起计算。
（2）近两年连续盈利，最近两年净利润累计不少于一千万元，且持续增长；或者最近一年盈利，且净利润不少于五百万元，最近一年营业收入不少于五千万元，最近两年营业收入增长率均不低于百分之三十。其中，净利润是以扣除非经常性损益前后孰低者为计算依据。
（3）最近一期末净资产不少于两千万元，且不存在未弥补亏损。
（4）发行后股本总额不少于三千万元。
另外，在创业板上市后，公司就会通过发行证券交易品种募集社会零散基金，其主要有证券品种：
（1）股票；
（2）投资基金；
（3）债券（含企业债券、公司债券、可转换公司债券、金融债券及政府债券等）；
（4）债券回购；
（5）经中国证券监督管理委员会批准可在创业板市场交易的其他交易品种。
