二、B股是什么意思？
1、B股的含义
B股的正式名称是人民币特种股票，它是以人民币标明面值，以外币认购和买卖，在境内（上海、深圳）证券交易所上市交易的。 一般来说，B股公司的注册地和上市地都在境内，但是投资者是在境外或在中国香港，澳门及台湾等地。
2、B股的特点
（1）它的投资人限于：外国的自然人、法人和其他组织，香港、澳门、台湾地区的自然人、法人和其他组织，定居在国外的中国公民以及中国证监会规定的其他投资人。现阶段我国B股的投资人，主要是上述几类中的机构投资者。
（2）B股的清算交收也与A股不同，B股的交收期为T+3，即在成交日后的第三日完成。在此之前，投资者不能提取卖出股票款和进行买入股票的转托管。
三、其他类型的股票介绍
