其实，这里所说的“金条”是中国工商银行的如意金产品中一种。如意金包括了如意金条和如意金钱两大类。如意金条是指含金量纯度达到99.9%的金条。
一、金条回购的操作步骤
为了让广大投资者减少手续的冗长和处理上的繁琐，工行现在的金条回购手续非常简便。
1.提供产品和相关证件：投资者提交在工中国工商银行售金网点购买的品相完好、品质证书齐全的如意金条以及本人身份证件、工行存折或工行发行的银行卡。
2.对回购产品进行检验：在投资者上缴金条后，工行将会对之进行称重和成色检验
3.转账划拨：工行将进行代理回收并向投资者实时划拨款项。
二、金条产品的回收价是多少？
中国工商银行金条产品的回收价格并不是固定的，它是根据上海黄金交易所报价适时调整，相对其他黄金变现渠道更贴近国际金价。
目前回购价格是执行上午和下午两个回购价格。
（1）上午回购价格为当日上午上海黄金交易所AU99.99开盘价基础上扣减3元/克手续费；
（2）下午回购价格为当日下午上海黄金交易所AU99.99第一笔成交价基础上扣减3元/克手续费。
（3）根据总行与代理公司重新签订的合作协议要求，回购价格将实行实时价格，即上海黄金交易所AU99.99实时报价扣减3元/克手续费。
现在工行回购产品不仅是包括如意金，而且还包括其他所有成色99%以上的黄金产品，涵盖了所有投资类、首饰类、摆件类等黄金制品及废旧黄金产品，中国工商银行成为唯一一家可提供黄金全产品收购业务的金融机构。
