一、股票交易为什么会产生交易佣金？
股票交易佣金是指在股票交易时需要支付的款项，股票交易手续费分三部分：印花税、过户费、证券监管费。券商交易佣金最高为成交金额的3‰，最低5元起，单笔交易佣金不满5元按5元收取。其中，印花税由政府收取；过户费属于证券登记清算机构的收入；佣金属于券商的收入。
二、股票交易佣金怎么算？
（一）交易佣金收费标准
1、佣金：证券公司按成交金额的0.3％左右收取的费用，起点5元；
2、印花税：财政部按买卖金额的一定比例收取的费用，为总成交金额的1‰，向卖方单边征收，即对买入方不收印花税，卖出则按0.1%收取；
3、过户费：上交所（股票代码“60X”打头）1千股收1元，起点1元，深交所（股票代码“00X”打头）不收取。
4、监管费：约为成交金额的0.2‰，实际还有尾数，一般省略为0.2‰。
（二）交易佣金计算
1、交易费=佣金+印花税+过户费+手续费
2、佣金=成交金额×佣金率
（三）举例说明
下面，小编以简单的例子来说明：假设你10元买入1000股浦发银行股票，金额为10000元交易费用套用公式：
1、买入交易佣金——10000*3% =30元
2、上海市场过户费——1000股==1元(最低收取1元，如果是买入了100股也会收取1元，买入1200股，收取1. 2元，以此类推)
3、卖出印花税——10000*0.1%=100元
4、卖出交易佣金——10000*0.3%=300元
5、上海市场过户费——1000股==1元，买入费用为31元，卖出费用为41元
6、买卖产生所有费用：30+1+100+300+1=432元。
