印度下调黄金白银进口关税价格

印度政府周二(9月30日)宣布将下调该国黄金和白银进口关税价格，因近期国际金银价持续下跌。印度海关(CBEC)周二在官方声明中称，将黄金进口关税价格自420美元/10克下调至396美元/10克，并将白银进口关税价格自645美元/千克下调至575美元/千克。
与此同时，印度还将原油及轻质棕榈油进口关税价格自743-773美元/吨下调至725-764美元/吨；将大豆原油进口关税价格自890美元/吨下调至838美元/吨。自上周国际金价触及9个月低位1206.85美元/盎司后，9月为止金价已累计下跌约5.5%。
黄金是印度自石油之后的第二大进口商品。去年印度政府为严格控制经常帐赤字(CAD)膨胀而出台严苛的黄金进口限制，包括将黄金进口税上调至10%的历史高位，并出台20:80条例，要求进口商将20%的进口黄金用作加工再出口。
据之前数据显示，印度8月黄金进口总额较2013年同期的7.387亿美元飙升至20.3亿美元。不过，印度工商部的数据则显示，由于政府略微放松了黄金进口限制，8月印度黄金珠宝首饰出口总额大跌10.31%，至32.3亿美元。、
