印度8月经常帐赤字再走宽

据印度政府周一表示，今年8月印度经常帐赤字较去年同期再度走宽，因当月黄金进口量同比激增近176%，此前政府曾放宽部分黄金进口限制。然而，这或许意味着印度暂时没有进一步放宽黄金进口限制的空间。
数据显示，8月印度经常帐赤字1080亿美元，较2013年同期的1070亿美元微幅走宽，其中出口同比增长2.4%，进口同比增长2.1%。与此同时，8月印度黄金进口总额激增至20亿美元，2013年同期为7.39亿美元，增幅达175.5%。主要因为之前印度政府曾允许更多银行和交易商从海外进口黄金。
去年印度曾因经常帐赤字触及历史高位而接连颁布了严苛的黄金进口限制，包括将黄金进口税上调至纪录的10%，且要求进口商将20%的进口黄金用作加工再出口。此后该国经常帐赤字出现明显改善。
印度央行上个月曾发布报告称，尽管2014-2015财年的经常帐赤字可能结束上一财年持续收窄的态势，并再度走宽，但预计整体情况将趋于稳定，不会出现爆发式的增长。
印度商业银行经济学家表示，“8月黄金进口总额飙升至20亿美元左右的确令人惊讶，但这主要是此前积压的需求释放的结果。虽然数据增长得有些吓人，但还没到为其烦恼的时候。”
本月初印度最大精炼厂总经理曾预计，该国8月的黄金进口总规模将达63公吨，较7月的38公吨翻近一番。据印度交易所数据显示，今年海外投资者共向印度股市注入超过140亿美元的资金。截至2014年6月30日，印度二季度GDP共增长5.7%，为2012年来的最快增速。
