乌俄停火协议或被摧毁 黄金有望上涨

9月5日乌克兰政府军与民间武装签订的停火协议生效后，和平并未随之降临，双方随后在乌克兰东、南部多地再次爆发交火，双方在互相指责对方挑衅的同时认为停火协议可能终将被打破。
本周三（9月10日），乌克兰卢甘斯克亲俄派武装领袖称，乌克兰停火协议有不能继续维持的风险。因政府军每天都在挑衅亲俄派。在国外雇佣兵支持下，乌克兰政府军在东部重新集结。乌克兰总统波罗申科同日也表示，在乌克兰继续实施停火协议很困难。因反政府武装持续挑衅政府军，希望欧安组织在乌东部地区进行监管。
波罗申科还表示，波罗申科乌克兰切断了反政府武装在6~8月控制的地区。卢甘斯克、顿涅茨克仍是乌克兰的一部分，乌克兰正在加强军事力量以维护国家统一。
波罗申科敦促国会采取有关乌东部地区的法律草案。他提到，上周在明斯克签署的和平协议保留了乌克兰主权统一的概念，乌东部“重组”的政府军队并非新的阶段性进攻，而是为了保卫领土。本月7~8日停火期间乌克兰军队与亲俄武装爆发激烈冲突，导致卢甘斯克机场建筑被毁。合国方面8日表示，乌克兰冲突已经造成超过3000人死亡。
因此，虽然乌克兰局势有缓和的迹象，但也不排除日内会有其他突发事件的发生，投资者应该时刻关注国际政治的发展情况，来作为判断黄金走势的依据。
