伦敦金定价公司推进改革

伦敦黄金定价公司网站上周五(7月25日)表示，已经任命了一个监督委员会在实施更严格的监管前来监督具有近一个世纪历史的黄金定价基准。
伦敦黄金定价公司新委员会由四家银行合规官员组成，现在每日两次通过电话确定黄金价格。此前，定价公司本月称将寻求第三方监管定价过程。其他的变化还包括一个新的准则，任命一名独立主席，这些被视为转移到面向大众的更广泛的电子平台的第一步。
白银市场最近采用了一个类似的新的定价基准。该基准将采用电子竞价机制代替三大行的定价机制。
黄金定价公司称，将推出一个提案请求以寻找新的基准管理者。两位接近此事的消息人士称，在白银定价新规在8月15日实施前，该提议不会实施。加拿大丰业银行，汇丰银行，法兴业银行和巴克莱银行目前运营黄金定价，原五大行之一的德意志银行在参与了二十年后于5月份退出。
道明证券的分析师们称，金价需要有效突破现有区间，才能明确后市方向。但目前，金市仍在寻找方向。
道明的分析师们说：“7月中旬在1340美元/盎司下方的大量卖盘仍然在对市场发挥着作用，但市场目前没有强烈的要跌破1290/1295美元/盎司水平的愿望。”
“短期模式显示出近期可能有小幅逆转下跌，但6月强劲的反弹表明了在下跌后会出现逢低买入，预计在价格跌向1200-1250美元/盎司会吸引强劲买盘支撑。
