巨额卖单致黄金暴跌

久盘必跌的魔咒终于在黄金市场上得到应验:7月14日,逾30美元的跌幅刷新了2013年来金价单日之最。
令人惊讶的是,在14日欧洲时段及纽约时段盘初,国际黄金期货市场的交易量大幅飙升。其中纽约市场开盘约有13.7亿美元的黄金期货合约被抛售。多位市场人士分析,巨额卖单是当日金价暴跌的最大“元凶”。
据介绍,诸如此类的巨额成交导致行情出现异常波动的案例自去年以来已经屡见不鲜。2013年,交易时段中的巨额交投曾多次引发纽约期货交易所黄金期货的熔断机制。由于黄金对多空信息异常敏感,大型机构在减持自身持有的黄金多头仓位时,很容易诱发多头止损连锁反应,导致巨量合约在瞬间成交。不过,随着电子化交易技术的升级,使得在交投过程中的巨量交易成为可能。
然而,是谁抛出了巨额卖单?原因是什么?
可能之一:大型基金又一次血洗散户。
分析黄金市场的三个参照物:美国商品期货交易委员会持仓数据、黄金ETFs数据以及实物金,顶金贵金属研究员张强认为,类似金币、首饰等实物金市场的抛售不会对金价产生过于迅速的影响,也不会在期货市场上反响这么强烈。而CFTC和ETFs数据却双双显示为增仓,表明机构对金价走势是看好的。
可能之二:某投行回收流动性之紧急措施。
知名投资专家认为,葡萄牙银行债券违约,可能导致一些投行金融交易头寸风险加大,抛售黄金应急。从13.7亿美元的规模来看,不是一般基金和散户所能驾驭的,况且金价最近一直向好,散户和基金没有理由此时突然一致抛售,所以最有可能的是某投行应对紧急流动性需求的一次操作。
可能之三:游资,或者说热钱的闻风而逃。
世元金行研究员认为,投机市场中的资金是有限的,并且不仅仅限于一个市场,哪个市场赚钱他们就会去哪。而黄金在这一年多来的萎靡不振与美股等风险资产的持续走高有着莫大的关系。在葡萄牙银行业危机缓和,美股财报利空出尽之日,金价出现暴跌是可以理解的。
