黄金定盘价被操纵 证据不足

英国金融行为服务管理局(FCA)称，尽管定盘价制度很容易被滥用，但没有证据表明银行对金价进行操纵。
FCA市场基础建设和政策主管称，拥有95年历史的伦敦黄金定盘价吸引有被操纵的可能，“这是可能的，但我没有找到清楚的证据表明操纵确实发生了。”FCA没有对黄金定盘价系统监管的权限。英国下议院财政委员会主席称，一个有瑕疵的定盘价系统将使上百万人出于危险中，监管单位应对可能的操纵快速采取行动。
下周，世界黄金协会(WGC)将在伦敦召开会议，讨论如何改进定盘价制度，FCA将参与此次会议。
而昨日金价一度再次突破1330美元/盎司的水平，但回落最终基本收平，市场仍然显得相当谨慎。周四亚市开后于1327美元/盎司附近窄幅波动。
数据处理公司ADP周三公布的数据显示，素有小非农之称的6月ADP就业人数劲增28.1万人，为2012年11月以来的新高，比预期增加的 20.3万人高出不少，这表明美国就业市场延续着强劲的复苏势头。不过美国商务部(DOC)数据显示，美国5月工厂订单月率下跌0.5%，高于预期的 0.3%。
