原油黄金齐涨看好

国际能源署(IEA)13日发布的最新报告称，最近几周伊拉克紧张局势持续升温，这再度引发了全球原油市场的担忧。
特别是上周，伊拉克境内的战斗继续升级，继稍早前攻占伊拉克重要城市摩苏尔、提克里特后，曾作为“基地”组织分支机构的伊拉克反政府武装12日开始向首都巴格达进军，并在距离巴格达100公里处与该国政府安全部队发生战斗。纽约和北海布伦特原油价格均大涨并创下三年来高位。
IEA报告还指出，今年曾被市场预期会出现的三十年以来最高的伊拉克原油年产量正在面临巨大风险。石油输出国组织此前估算称，伊拉克或会在近五年中承担该组织原油产能增量的约60%，但目前其能否达到如此之大的比重被蒙上一层阴影。
IEA也强调，如果伊拉克紧张局势能够得到控制，对油价的影响将相对较小。IEA指出，其实从今年年初开始该国就陆续发生了暴力事件，特别是自3月以来，伊拉克北部地区的石油生产就已不是很顺利。其次，北非和中东地区不时的政治风险已成为一种长期市场特征，这些负面影响会逐渐被非石油输出国组织创纪录的产量增长所抵消，即使伊拉克产量下降也可以很快被其他产油国弥补。
原油和黄金走势遥相呼应，受到原油价格上涨影响，黄金也出现一小波的幅度上涨，避险需求推动金价触及两周高点。
