黄金国际板力争四季度推出

作为黄金国际板的运营主体，上海黄金交易所将在上海自贸区内注册成立一家全资子公司——上海黄金国际交易中心，注册资本金5亿元人民币。
黄金国际板是上海自贸区推进速度最快的项目之一，目前方案已经获得央行批准，各项准备工作正在积极进行，上海黄金交易所党委书记、理事长许罗德称，将力争四季度推出黄金国际板业务。
目前上海黄金交易所正在进行的准备工作，包括注册成立上海黄金国际交易中心，完成相关业务的技术准备，以及招募国际会员。“这三方面工作计划在三季度完成。”许罗德对《第一财经日报》记者表示，上海黄金国际交易中心的相关注册材料已经递交，相关的批文也刚提交，相信会很快完成。
上海黄金交易所是全球最大的现货黄金交易所，中国目前所有的黄金现货交易都需要在该交易所进行。黄金国际板推出后，境外投资者也可以借此使用离岸人民币，投资中国的黄金交易市场，目前上海黄金交易所的所有交易品种，均会对境外投资者开放。
关于国际会员的招募，许罗德表示，确实有非常多的境外投资者对黄金国际板兴趣浓厚，主要包括商业银行、产用金的企业、投资基金等。在国际黄金市场上，上述三类投资者均是主要的参与者和交易者。
许罗德称，国际上主要的产用金企业都在联系上海黄金交易所，希望成为会员，投资基金也在研究上海黄金国际板的技术方案，与上海黄金交易所的系统进行前期的对接和调试，为开放做积极的准备。“现在不确定将有多少会员，但是数字还是比较乐观的。”许罗德对本报记者说。
黄金国际板是一个“三合一”的产品，许罗德说，这其中既包括了黄金的价格，又有利率汇率的变动，为国际投资者提供了更多的投资空间，也会带动我国外汇市场相关产品的需求，推动我国金融市场的发展。
上海黄金交易所并不会为国际板另辟新系统，而是利用现有的交易系统。但是，因为境外投资者的参与，资金的清算方式发生变化，且交易量增大，对于现有交易系统的制度完善、风险控制、技术水平都提出了更高的要求。
