联合国：乌克兰东部抗议者来自俄罗斯

联合国负责人权事务的助理秘书长西蒙诺维奇今年三月在克里米亚局势发生变化之后对该地区和乌克兰的东部进行了访问。4月15日，访问小组就所观察到的情况发表了一项报告。该报告指出，乌克兰东部目前所发生的一切同当时克里米亚的情形有雷同之处。
目前，亲俄武装人员仍占领着乌克兰东部大约10座城镇的政府机构和关键设施，包括警察局、安全部门大楼、机场等，要求扩大地方自治权或加入俄罗斯。乌克兰国家安全局16日发表声明说，截获的通话内容表明“乌克兰东部地区的破坏行动由俄罗斯军事情报机构的正规官员领导”。
乌克兰危机令一些投资者担心，危机可能会演变为俄罗斯与西方国家之间的较量。那些投资者目前抱着危机若扩大黄金可保值的心态在买入黄金。乌克兰局势可能会恶化，虽然短期内直接爆发战争的可能性不大，但是这的确影响着近来的伦敦金走势。
