乌俄局势缓和 现货黄金价格回落收跌

现货黄金和白银价格周一冲高回落并收跌，结束连续六个交易日的上涨，因乌俄局势缓和，风险偏好情绪以及股市回升，打压黄金避险需求。
美国COMEX 4月黄金期货价格下跌6.10美元，跌幅0.4%，报1372.90美元/盎司，基本回吐上周五(3月14日)0.5%的收盘涨幅，上周金价累计上涨3.0%；与此同时，美国COMEX 5月白银期货价格下跌0.14美元，跌幅0.6%，报21.275美元/盎司。
克里米亚地区领导人宣布，在周日(3月16日)进行的公投中，97%的民众投票支持脱离乌克兰，以共和国的身份加入俄罗斯。乌克兰和西方国家谴责此次公投不合法。不过，虽然公投结果令西方世界大失所望，但是此事毕竟已经有惊无险地落下帷幕，此前在面临这一不确定性前景时升高的避险需求也因此迅速回落到了正常水平。
在克里米亚地区公投结束之后，该地区领导人已决定正式提交申请加入俄罗斯。俄罗斯总统普京也于周一稍后签署法令，承认克里米亚为主权国。普京周二(3月18日)将在俄罗斯议会特别联合会议上就上述问题发表讲话，会议可能决定将克里米亚纳入俄罗斯。
公投的结果招致了多方抵制，乌克兰和西方都表示公投违反乌克兰宪法和国际法。美国和欧盟因而于周一对数位俄罗斯和乌克兰官员实施制裁，其中包括冻结资产和禁止入境等。美国总统奥巴马对11位与俄罗斯军事占领克里米亚有关的俄罗斯和乌克兰官员实施制裁，其中包括乌克兰前总统亚努科维奇和普京的两位助手。普京本人不在被制裁人员名单中。但此后白宫发言人表示，不排除之后将普京也纳入被制裁名单的可能性。
同日，欧盟28国外长同意，禁止21位与俄罗斯入侵克里米亚以及周日公投有关的俄罗斯和乌克兰官员入境，并冻结他们的资产。美国和欧盟表示，如果俄罗斯不让步，且正式吞并克里米亚，未来几天可能实施进一步制裁。德国总理默克尔也表示，有于俄罗斯方面此前一意孤行推动克里米亚地区发起公投以图脱离乌克兰的控 制，同时俄方也拒绝就此与乌克兰政府进行有效磋商，对该国实施制裁也因而成为了百般无奈之下的必然行动。
不过目前对这种制裁并不担忧，基于俄罗斯丰富的自然资源以及与西方贸易连续并不紧密，不过依然需要警惕局势再度恶化的风险，一旦避险情绪再度升温，金价将再次获得支持反弹。
