黄金现货价格年涨4.25% 受中印推动

路透澳洲朗塞斯顿1月29日 -黄金今年开始强势开官似乎更多的是基于黄金投资者的冀望，而不是导致金价去年重挫28%的因素真的发生改变。
在中国和印度因素的推动下，黄金现货1月28日收报每盎司1,256.09美元，年内累计上涨4.25%。
对黄金的一种乐观看法是，主要消费国–中国将继续购买创纪录规模的黄金，印度也将放松去年遏制黄金需求的进口限制。
让我们先来看看印度，财政官员1月27日表示将在3月底前检视黄金进口限制规定，这给黄金多头带来一丝安慰。
印度去年将黄金进口税率大幅提升至10%的纪录高位，同时要求黄金进口中的20%必须用于加工并出口。
此举旨在削减不断膨胀的经常帐赤字，而作为以价值计算的第二大进口商品，黄金因其对经济成长的贡献有限而被视为不二之选。
起初，金市对印度政府的行动不以为意，显然认为这个东南亚国家的需求如此强劲，应能盖过政府决心遏制经常帐赤字的影响。
然而，此项措施在去年底前已然见效，11月黄金进口骤降至仅21吨。相比之下，在截止2013年9月的一年里，印度平均每月进口黄金约80吨。
印度本财年经常帐赤字预计将降至约500亿美元，低于上年创纪录的878亿美元。这点燃了人们对印度检视黄金进口限制规定的憧憬。
