英国皇家铸币局：14年主权金币已售空

彭博社报导，成立于13世纪的英国皇家铸币局(Royal Mint)已无2014年主权金币存货可供贩卖，因金价跌至6个月的低点引爆不寻常的需求。皇家铸币局表示正积极增产，预估在1月底可以重新建立2014年主权金币库存。珠宝商交易服务公司主任Daniel Marburger表示，拜金价下滑之赐，英国、意大利、希腊等国对英国金币的需求相当强劲。
美国铸币局(U.S. Mint)数据显示，2013年12月鹰扬金币销量月增17%至56,000盎司；全年度成长14%。柏斯铸币局(Perth Mint)公布，2013年12月金条金币销量年增13.8%(月增11.9%)至58,944盎司；全年度年增41.5%至754,635盎司。柏斯铸币局分析师Bron Suchecki 10日在个人部落格上指出，全球铸币机构的产能似乎还无法满足需求。他透露，2008年以来柏斯铸币局已斥资5千万美元改善现有机器设备并扩充产能。
