美国非农数据不影响美联储减码

美国劳工部上周五公布的数据显示，12月美国新增非农就业仅7.4万人，远低于11月的21.4万人，也低于19.7万人的共识预期。
华尔街分析普遍认为天气是12月就业增长疲弱的罪魁祸首，认为失业率下降有劳动力减少的影响，不能视为绝对利好。有经济学家认为，美联储可能下调考虑加息的失业率门槛；如这样的失业减少形势持续，美联储的鹰派高官应该会推动加快缩减QE。
道明证券美国研究与策略副主管Millan Mulraine：
尽管12月数据令人失望，美国2013年全年就业增长仍然强劲，达到220万人，与2012年增幅相似。其他经济指标显示经济活动仍然呈上升势头。我们将这次的12月报告视为异常，其他就业活动增长趋势均为上行。美联储对待此后的缩减QE日程会更谨慎，今年结束QE的计划不可能因此避免。
GMP Securities固定收益策略主管Adrian Miller：
让人头痛的报告要归咎于天气，27.3万人因天气未能工作，人数之多创1977年以来最高纪录债券市场至少暂时因此价格上涨，股票期货最初遭遇抛售，后来几乎完全追平跌幅。
在考虑影响美联储下次行动的数据方面，我们建议忽略这份报告不计，它的结果严重背离其他就业相关数据：ADP、每周申请失业救济和ISM就业数据。其他数据都显示就业市场在累积增长势头。实际上，就业市场在好转。不过，还有许多结构问题需要解决。预计美联储会维持当前月购资产规模减少100亿美元的决定。
Interactive Brokers首席市场分析师Andrew Wilkinson：
2013年，美国企业增加就业仅7.4万人，未满预期的一半。很容易归咎于天气。劳工部称，不利的天气环境让失业者人数达到了1977年以来最高水平。12月就业增长停滞，失业率却下降，这越来越古怪。12月政府、医疗保健、IT服务就业分别减少1.3万人、6000人和1.2万人。建筑业因恶劣天气减少1.6万人，这也和ADP就业数据表现不符。
德意志银行G10外汇策略全球负责人Alan Ruskin：
在相当一段时间里，这都是最让人迷惑的就业报告之一。报告的大部分数据都很疲弱，只有一个最重要的单一变量是例外，表现最为突出，它就是失业率。看来天气对报告确实有影响，建筑业就业减少最为明显，可能代表其他方面也有天气的负面影响。大多数领域就业增长疲弱，零售贸易除外。数据会决策者和市场停下来思考。债券空头占主导地位，所以美国国债价格做出正面反应也不意外。在大多数市场，预计后续影响有限，因为12月私人就业增加8.7万人、失业率降至6.7%的数据很可疑，毕竟劳动力参与率下滑，可能夸大了失业减少的势头。但是，今后几个月更有可能持续的是失业率加快下行，不是就业增长疲弱。
