中金：加拿大矿商不愿低价卖资产

Thomson Reuters 2日报导,中国黄金国际公司执行副总谢泉(Jerry Xie)在受访时表示,加拿大矿商股票市值虽已下滑、但资产价格仍居高不下,因为许多厂商至今仍不愿贱卖。总部设在加拿大温哥华的中国黄金国际目前仍积极在加国寻找适合的收购标的、但前提是价格不能太高。S&P TSX全球黄金指数去(2013)年重挫48%。
就在许多金矿商陷入营运困境的当下,中国黄金国际公司因为有大股东中国黄金集团相挺而处于有利地位。中国黄金集团是大陆唯一国营金矿商、同时也是当地最大黄金生产商,持有中国黄金国际39%股权。谢泉表示,中国黄金国际希望收购蕴藏300万盎司黄金或100万吨铜的矿区。中国黄金国际2012年生产139,443盎司黄金以及2,580万磅铜,但预估到2015年、2016年黄金、铜产量将分别扩增至26万盎司、1.76亿磅。
新浪财经去年6月报导,中国黄金集团公司总经理孙兆学(注:2013年10月转任中国铝业总经理)在陆家嘴论坛浦江夜话分论坛上表示,美国有意打压黄金价格以确保美元霸主地位,所有的金价下跌都是有策划、是一个地地道道的货币战争。
