黄金暴跌使美德等国家损失惨重

基于世界黄金协会(WGC)在2013年年初的数据所计算出的今年以来因黄金车储备损失最大的几个国家。包括美国、德国、葡萄牙等。
从绝对量来说，拥有最多黄金储备的美国显然是最大的输家，金价今年接近30%的大跌后，美国外汇储备减少了1500亿美元，该国外汇中76%是黄金。
德国的外汇储备中拥有将近3400吨黄金，在2012年，这些黄金是德国外汇储备的73.5%，而目前这些黄金价值1440亿美元，损失620亿美元。且只有德国有报道在这一年里减持过黄金，但减持量仅仅不到1吨。
葡萄牙在2012年时的外汇储备中有90%是黄金，因此在经历了这黄金大跌的一年后，葡萄牙外汇储备损失大约25%，约80亿美元。
希腊的外汇储备中有83%是黄金，这使得该国外汇储备损失约23%。
委内瑞拉外汇储备中75%是黄金，这些黄金在2012年底是价值约220亿美元，而如今则仅仅价值150亿美元。
