罗杰斯：印度出售黄金 将造成金价大跌

12月21日早晨消息，著名投资人杰姆-罗杰斯(Jim Rogers)周五表示，如果印度政府能说服印度人民出售他们囤积的黄金，那会造成金价大跌。
黄金价格过去十年以来连续上涨，但是在2013年大跌，并且刚刚出现了三年最低价位，杰姆-罗杰斯是在接受访问时提出这一看法的。在被问到黄金价格将会如何发展时，他回应说，“市场中出现50%的调整也是正常的，所以，为什么黄金就不可以？”
杰姆-罗杰斯说，“金价12年的上涨在市场来说已经不是正常的，所以修正可能也不会是以正常的形式进行。”他强调，“在大跌之后会有上涨，但是应该会有再一次买入黄金的机会。”
在被问到认为是什么造成了这一轮金价的下跌时，杰姆-罗杰斯说，“如同之前说过的，12年大涨的不寻常是一个原因，印度是另一个原因。”他指出，印度总是将经济问题推到黄金身上，因此加征特别的税、费，还要控制、监管。巴基斯坦和孟加拉甚至一度完全禁止了黄金的进口。
杰姆-罗杰斯说，“政客们正在想办法迫使人民出售黄金。民间有大量的黄金，政客们试图打压在过去多个世纪里囤积了不可想象数量黄金的庙宇。我不知道如果他们能不能成功，但是这种努力正在产生效果。”他指出，“如果在任何程度上，他们成功了，将会有更大的影响力。印度过去几十年中都是黄金的最大买家，仅仅是减少采购就已经有影响，如果他们可以迫使大买家成为卖家，甚至是大一点的卖家，天知道黄金市场价格会怎么样。”此外，杰姆-罗杰斯也说，很多人举债购买黄金，也使得金价遭到了下行的伤害。
杰姆-罗杰斯称自己目前并没有操作黄金，称“没有。我之前买过一些做对冲，我要是知道什么时候再出手就好了。”
