印度金饰受冲击 铂金饰品销量稳定增长

资源新闻网站《ResourceInvestor.com》12月18日报导，今年由于印度央行的多项限制措施压抑黄金消费，也对印度国内的金饰造成严重冲击；但是在另一方面，印度铂金饰品的销售今年以来则是呈现稳定增长的局面。报导称，印度央行为避免黄金进口持续攀升所推出的措施包括将黄金进口关税较年初的4%上调至10%，以及80/20进口政策（进口黄金需有20%用于再出口）等，这也导致印度国内的黄金供应短缺，并造成印度国内金价较国际金价有高达每盎司130美元的溢价。根据印度珠宝业者所提供的信息，印度过去几年以来铂金饰品的销售已经增长约25%。不过，铂金饰品占印度珠宝市场的比重仍然较小，预估仅约1%；金饰以75%的市占居冠，钻石市场则以15%的份额居次。此外，印度进口的铂金当中只有35%是用于制作铂金饰品，其余则主要作为工业用途。印度铂金进口有80%来自南非，俄罗斯为第二大进口来源，占12%比重。
受到全球汽车销量预期将创新高的带动，铂金与钯金预期将成为明年度表现最佳的贵金属。根据彭博社的调查，至2014年第四季，铂金价格预估将上涨至平均每盎司1,635美元，钯金价格预估将达平均每盎司823美元。印度严控黄金进口受惠的并不只铂金，Thomson Reuters GFMS发布的报告指出，受到政府限制措施导致黄金供应短缺，以及银价下跌带动消费的影响，10月份印度白银进口量较前月的241公吨增加40%至338公吨，创下三个月以来新高。累计1-10月份，印度白银进口量达到4,652公吨，如果维持这个速度，今年全年的白银进口量预估将达5,200-5,400公吨，此将超过2008年所创下的纪录高点5,048公吨。
