金银价遭压 或因德行蓄意操控

英国金融时报12日报导，德国金融监管机构BaFin正就金价、银价可能遭到操作乙事展开调查、要求德意志银行(Deutsche Bank)提供相关文件。消息人士透露。过去几个月以来BaFin已多次赴德银进行实地查验、拷问相关人员。参与金价订定的银行包括德银、巴克莱、加拿大丰业银行、汇丰(HSBC)以及法国兴业银行；参与银价订定的银行包括德银、加拿大丰业银行、汇丰。
报导指出，BaFin证实自夏季起就已开始针对金价、银价以及基准汇率是否遭操控展开调查，但拒绝点名哪些金融机构遭查核。英国金融市场行为监管局同样也已就贵金属价格是否遭操控展开行动。
Thomson Reuters 11月26日引述《华尔街日报》德国版报导，BaFin发言人表示，除了Libor、Euribor以外，BaFin也查核个别银行在黄金、白银等基准价格制定程序是否涉及不法。报导指出，包括美国、英国相关单位也都在进行类似的调查。
德银10月14日发表报告看空金价后市、预期利率和汇率将再次令黄金市场价格面临压力。今年迄今黄金现货价跌幅超过26%。
德国央行今年1月16日宣布，2020年12月31日以前存放在纽约联邦储备银行的黄金储备比重将从2012年12月底的45%降至37%(注：相当于搬移300公吨)。
